1-1 Personal Training

 

One on one training geared specifically to your individual fitness goals and needs.

Offered in your house or in my in-home gym in South Brookline. I offer customized programming and instruction to my personal training clients that addresses any weaknesses or imbalances and past injuries or medical complications that may limit you in a group setting. We will begin with a Functional Movement Screen and other physical assessments to take a look at how you move and to help me effectively design the right program for you.
