Women's Bootcamp


Challenge yourself both mentally and physically in the company of friends (or soon to be friends) with our boot camp classes.

No two classes are the same. We combine strength, agility, cardio and functional exercises into a workout that will leave you stronger, healthier and more confident. All abilities welcome!

We meet Tuesdays and Fridays at 5:40am and 6:30am in JP. Outside if weather permitting, indoors in rain and winter.
