Women’s Run Training

 

Want to be a part of an amazing group of badass women supporting each other in their running goals and life goals?

Running may be the vehicle, but this group is so much more. Train for a race or just train for fun! Join a great community of runners of all speeds and abilities. (Really. Our runners average a strong 13 min/mile down to the speediest of gals at 8 min/mile and everything in between.)

We meet Wednesdays at 5:40am and 6:30pm for speed and strength workouts (hills or track) and then again Saturdays for longer runs.
