  • Everyone was new once. We know it can be awkward and intimidating to walk into a circle of people you don’t know, but I promise it will be worth it. You can expect welcoming faces and women happy to be outside enjoying some movement together. We start with introductions while we do a dynamic warm up and discuss the route for the day. Then we head out and run or walk/run or just move. It’s casual and fun. A no stress way to start the weekend. JOIN US
